The Helena, AL location has a great group of employees. Thank you. Just super nice everytime I come. Each person is super friendly.

I love the employees friendly, professional environment and the way they treat their customers. Every time I go to the store, especially EJ in Helena, AL.

I ordered my drink with whipped cream but they put a *dirty* cap on it and trapped some sort of small brown flying bug right on top (I’m thinking it might be a fruit fly?). There were black specs all on the whipped cream which I can’t explain. Ngl kinda disgusted bc this one I’m sure of was a bug bc it has legs and wings. I’ll definitely make the extra 10-20 minutes to go to a different 7 brew bc how are you going to hand me a drink that was riddled with that and not notice when whoever it was put the lid on top. Unacceptable, I will not spend my money here again.

Service was fast, location is easy to get into but the girl at the window didn't know what a "coffee" was. My boyfriend asked for coffee with heavy cream and a side cup of espresso shots. When we questioned her about the missing coffee she said "you want milk and water in a cup? I'm not understanding" girl legit did not know what we meant by "coffee". And she repeated this a couple of times genuinely confused like we were asking a crazy question. Does the new generation not know what coffee is?

I usually have a great experience here, but this is the third time my Sweet & Salty has been made incorrectly. I explained the issue and requested that it be remade, but I was handed back what appeared to be the same drink. I understand mistakes happen, and I would appreciate the drink simply being remade when an issue is brought to your attention.
