  My husband and i went at around 3:30 pm. We ordered off the kiosk. The food was hot and as good as any otherTaco bell. The service was fast, accurate, and they were welcoming and friendly. Had no problems. We will eat here again. The only thing is, (and its not with just this taco bell its everyone we've been too) why does Taco Bell always put the one dollop of sour cream on the very end of the taco supreme?

  If I could give it a negative rating I absolutely would!! Waited an hour for my food to be delivered to my house. Then when it arrived it was COLD AND WRONG!!!! For a small town like Heflin, this could be such a good thing because there’s not much for food up here but this is absolutely unacceptable!!!! I am fully expecting food poisoning from this experience.

  Food was cold, the price was way too high for food that was not made correctly and the service is terrible. Do not recommend.

  When we got there all the employees was outside the door smoking when they should have been working they need better management at nite more of a leadership instead of friendship I got my food my fries was frozen in the middle and my Mexican pizza was soggy really terrible experience and this is a new restaurant

  The only thing I like about this place was the food. The GM Britney (however you spell it) is VERY RUDE AND HATEFUL! There are SEVERAL employees that have attitudes with customers for no reason! I will tell everyone that asks to NEVER dine here over the customer service alone! If I could give it negative stars I would!
