  Totally unsatisfied, order taken wrong after me repeating it 3 times. I realize it's a newly opened restaurant but seemed like no training on register. Food was okay but not what expected. Service score would of been higher if they had not just sat order on counter without calling my name (which was sorta close to what I told them). Reason for atmosphere being a one. Only one human ran register with 4 self serve kiosks. The seating is terrible, I don't want to be right against someone I do not know while eating also very uncomfortable.

  Only gave 2 stars because the lady was nice, the food was cold, and the other workers were talking and not working. It’s a beautiful place, but the service isn’t all that good. Hope it gets better.

  I would give a zero rating if I could because this is the worst Taco Bell we have ever eaten at! First of all, the taco shells were ice cold, not cooked at all. Then the meat inside was cold like it had been fixed earlier. My husband's taco had a very big hard lettuce core in one of his tacos. The soft tacos were cold and tortillas were very slimey! I wouldn't feed that food to my dog!!! We were excited when we found out Taco Bell was coming to Heflin but after what we were served for over $18, we were very disappointed. More training needs to be done there and food should be made as ordered, not made ahead and left to sit around all day until someone comes through and gets it stuffed in their bag! The employees should be ashamed to serve food in such a poor condition. I tried to call to complain but the phone was echoing real bad so I just hung up! I hope others had a better experience than we did! We will make the extra drive and eat at the one in Oxford from now on!
