  I recently tried McDonald’s new Big Arc Burger, and honestly—it surprised me. It feels like they’ve brought back the old days, when burgers at McDonald’s were actually big and satisfying. Over the years, it seemed like the cheeseburger kept getting smaller, and even the Big Mac wasn’t what it used to be. But the Big Arc? It took me back 30 years—to a time when you could get a truly big, tasty burger at McDonald’s. Really impressed. Also, shoutout to Cynthia from the evening shift—super friendly and welcoming. Great service makes a difference. Let’s support American small businesses!

  We actually ordered our food from a different McDonald’s but noticed they did not give us the double quarter pounder, instead was given a double mccrispy spicy. Husband was frustrated about this because we were traveling to Atlanta. So we make it to the helfin McDonald’s and explain we got the wrong sandwich. I showed the guy the receipt and gave him the messed up sandwich. I heard him say he needed a double quarter pounder. I waited patiently. Ten mins rolls around and 2-3 customers got his order. Husband walks in and another 10 mins rolls around. He is very frustrated and hungry. Another order or two rolls out and we are pretty much being ignored. Husband gets in line again and explains we are waiting for the correct sandwich and we over hear the guy that talked to me before say “it came from another store” he sounded like he didn’t want to give us the correct sandwich. We were in there probably 30 mins trying to get the right sandwich. We eat McDonald’s all the time, this was not good business.

  Every time we order we wait over 20 minutes sometimes even 30. The food comes out cold. Than we have to go back through the drive through because we are always missing part of our order. This McDonald's has went down over the past years.
