  Was on hold for a record 50 minutes .. for a call in order.to go .they forgot I was on the phone...I am going to hang up and go get food from another restaurant....please don't call in here!!!!!..hopefully management will see!! Need to do a better job!!!!!this is ridiculous 😂😂

  No menus for eat in ordering. Was told I had to pay for grated cheese and hot peppers. Every pizza hut I been to offers that for free like every pizza restaurant in usa. I never seen a pizza hut with no signs above the register with food to order from. I see why most are closing.

  The cashier which is the cook (Laura), never washed her hands after answering the phone! Touched the food with no gloves, never wore her gloves! Another male cashier…, the sole from the bottom of his shoe is flapping like a flip-flop!!! No hairnets worn in the kitchen, no beardnet Worn at all!!! And wrong pizza was to me and another person. And the person that had my pizza is allergic to ham… 🧐

  The only reason I gave 2 stars on the food instead of 1 is because the boneless wings are actually really good and the cheesebread was really good. I got the new pesto Margherita, would not recommend!!! It doesnt look appetizing at all in person, looks no where near like the picture, different TOMATOES were used and flavor wise that makes a huge difference for this! Way to much pesto sauce. The taste is not thay great, I did try it. I called the store and spoke to the manager, they offered me $6.00 credit back, it didnt pay for the pizza, I would have rather got the pizza refunded into a credit. After I told her thank you, she hung up the phone. So she was very rude as well. This is probably the last time I eat here.
