  My husband and I order from WingStand by Jefferson’s in Hazel Green regularly, usually through DoorDash, even though we live about 20 minutes away. Our food consistently arrives hot, fresh, and delicious. On two occasions, we received incorrect items. Instead of immediately posting a negative review, I reached out to the restaurant privately and politely explained the situation. Andrew responded quickly, apologized, sent us a gift card, and invited us back. I want to commend Andrew for handling everything so professionally and making us feel valued as customers. Mistakes can happen at any business, and good businesses are eager to make things right when given the opportunity. WingStand by Jefferson’s did exactly that. Let this be a reminder not to be so quick to leave a negative review over one bad experience. Thank you, Andrew and the WingStand by Jefferson’s team, for the excellent customer service. We will absolutely continue ordering!

  I had the12 wing combo, 6 in Honey BBQ traditional wings, and 6 in Ranch Dry Rub. Both were delicious, and the staff was pleasant enough - I'll definitely come back and try this spot again soon. The house made ranch was 10/10! I did notice that they have smash burgers on the menu as well which is nice because sometimes you just want a good burger when everyone else wants wings.
