  Pains me to leave this review, but Bojangles is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. This particular location, I have given many chances. When it first opened, everything was moving like clock work. Food was nice and fresh every single time. The past three times I have been, I have either had old, hard, overcooked tenders, but fresh fries, or I would have Soggy, unseasoned cold fries, with fresh tenders and hard biscuit. Or a fresh biscuit with cold everything else with the Supremes meal. Going through the drive thru shouldn’t have to result in me going in afterwards to ask for hot and fresh food. It’s almost like the staff is okay or don’t care that they’re giving out cold and old food. That’s sad honestly.

  The food tastes like it was made 5 hours prior, but somehow the service is still incredibly slow.

  Drive through service was less than satisfactory. Had to repeat order 3 times and it was still incomplete upon receipt. Asked for help on shat sides were available and was told to read the sign…

  The chicken took several minutes to order, and after I went to remind them that I was waiting for my order, the employees were socializing and then gave me the order. The chicken supreme’s were extremely tough. The soda fountain dispensed flat beverages with no carbonation.

  My order was for a chicken filet biscuit and they at first charged me only $8.50. Then a manager came over and decided to upcharge me to $10.86. The chicken was gross, the biscuit was soggy, and I’ve had much better for cheaper at other restaurants for much less. I hate leaving a bad review but it is well deserved.
