  Food tastes different every time we go. Today we were asked to pull up to wait on “fresh chicken” and it would be brought out. 30 minutes later, I finally go inside and there’s my order sitting on the pickup shelf, no longer fresh. Receipt says dark meat only, we got white meat only. Lack of attention to detail, service, etc. this location is bad.

  Literally the worst establishment in Hazel Green. Every time I go they mess up my order. There’s been one time that I went in the afternoon instead of morning and they got everything right. I’m ALWAYS either missing something or I was given the wrong bag. You would think when you go in the morning everything would be fresh, but the chicken is so thin you’re basically just eating batter, the biscuit is either hard like it’s been sitting out for 2 days OR it’s completely falling apart into crumbs and you can’t even eat it. The sweet tea 9/10 will taste like they made it with dirty mop water. I honestly just wouldn’t go if I were you.

  I want to give give a Big Thrumbs up to Bryan and his crew! Everytime I go into the store and Bryan is working the store is clean and the staff is working efficiently. When I ask that the food is cooked fresh and tell them I have no problem with waitng they are very receptive to my special request.I always have a good experience when Bryan and his staff are working!

  I was so happy to see Bojangles build in Hazel Green. It's one of my favorite friend chicken food places. It's right next to a gas ⛽ station which makes it very convenient.

  Horrible customer service, just sat in the Drive-Thru for 28 minutes waiting on a dozen boberry biscuits. For them to try to serve me cold one and refused to give me fresh ones when I asked for fresh ones when I asked. The kicker is there was only three cars in front of us when I pulled in but they would not ask the one car to pull up so they could finish serving the other customers and I was stuck in line for 28 minutes waiting on cold boberry biscuits. Horrible horrible customer . These folks need to be let go and find someone to train better. Managers!!!!!! 715 p.m. Saturday night August 30th 2026. I don't know who's working the window in the Drive-Thru but they definitely need to be trained better.
