  Sunday morning sitting in drive through for over 30 min. Get to the window to pay sit there for another 15min for her to say oh we just put the steak down can you pull up. Who runs a show like that. Probably will not be back!

  Basically threw my food at me like it was the lunch rush at 3pm when the drive thru and most of the parking lot was deserted. I nearly dropped the huge bag because he let go before I could get my other hand up to steady it. No napkins, no sauces. Everything taped up for no reason. Previous visits have been the exact opposite of this and the food was good.

  The chicken was amazing and some of the freshest I’ve had in a really long time from surrounding restaurants. Mr. Frank was at our service every minute of our meal.constantly checking on us and asking if we needed refills sauces or to take our tray. Good service is hard to come by now a days and this Bojangles (store 13) brings there A game everytime I eat here which is about 3-4 times a week.

  I had a really good experience at Bojangles. The inside was very clean and well kept, which I always appreciate. The staff were also super kind and doing their best to help everyone. The only issue was that they seemed a bit understaffed. There was a line forming to order, and the cashier was working hard trying to keep up with everything on her own. Even with that, she stayed friendly and professional. Overall, a great visit—just hoping they can get a little more help because the team there is doing an awesome job with what they have!

  Jolie was so freaking nice and did so good at serving! Even though the mic was messing up, she double checked our order was correct and made sure everything was right and corrected despite being in a rush. She also encouraged me to put in a application, which I just might listen to! Literally a angel.
