  No shakes. This seems to be the norm anymore. I get excited to see the limited time orange cream shake back, but I've not been able to order it this entire cycle. When it's not on the menu I get the jamocha. These two items are a driving force for why I choose to eat at Arby's, but without them I don't want to go back.

  This has literally been the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. I placed a mobile order at 12:47 PM for a Meat & 3 and a regular Roast Beef sandwich, with an estimated pickup time of 12:52 PM. When I asked about my order at 12:52, the employee behind the counter told me they were working on it. I asked again at 1:00 PM, only for my order to finally be found sitting off to the side with the drive-thru orders. Most of the food was at least edible, but the fries were hard and cold and the roast beef sandwich tasted as if it had been sitting since first thing that morning. Even the Hi-C Fruit Punch tasted watered down. The most frustrating part is that my food was apparently already prepared and just sitting there while I waited and was told it was still being worked on. Between the poor service, cold food, and overall quality, this experience was extremely disappointing. Definitely not what I expect from Arby’s since my first experience here was so good.
