  This has literally been the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. I placed a mobile order at 12:47 PM for a Meat & 3 and a regular Roast Beef sandwich, with an estimated pickup time of 12:52 PM. When I asked about my order at 12:52, the employee behind the counter told me they were working on it. I asked again at 1:00 PM, only for my order to finally be found sitting off to the side with the drive-thru orders. Most of the food was at least edible, but the fries were hard and cold and the roast beef sandwich tasted as if it had been sitting since first thing that morning. Even the Hi-C Fruit Punch tasted watered down. The most frustrating part is that my food was apparently already prepared and just sitting there while I waited and was told it was still being worked on. Between the poor service, cold food, and overall quality, this experience was extremely disappointing. Definitely not what I expect from Arby’s since my first experience here was so good.

  Arby's is ran by managers that sit in the dining room and don't assist customers. They allow the teenage employees to leave customers waiting instead of jumping in. This allows long wait times

  Order the turkey bacon ranch market fresh today awful the ends of the bread all the way around was hard and old dried out bacon was crumbs and the cheese was also just pieces looked like you just through what was left on it ,always loved it but you ruined that was a waste

  Brooklyn was great and really paid attention to what I ordered and was very kind and knows how too make a better overall experience
