- CPChloe PilkaySep 10, 20261.0This place is a joke. I placed an online order at 2:14 PM on a Thursday that was confirmed and charged my card. It was supposed to be delivered no later than 3:03 PM and by 3:05 the tracking never moved past the first category. I then tried to call the store where nobody answered for more than 20 minutes. I finally got off the phone and went up to the store and they were not even open, and there is no option for me to cancel my order, neither in the app nor online. The only possible way for me to speak to someone is for me to message Papa Johns corporate and wait 48 hours for a reply after already spending $40 that they are not returning to me. This is not the first time they did this and I had to fight for three days to get a refund the last time they accepted an order when they were closed. If I could give this place zero stars I would I do not recommend this place get Dominoes instead.
- CCChantelAug 12, 20263.0Placed an order order was in correct. I called them and spoke with a manager the credit was to go on my account it was Storming I didn't want to turn right back around. I called to use the credit they telling me I only paid Tax on my order. I said that was a Lie none of the other managers seemed to want to rectify the situation. They wanted me to play phone tag. They wanted me to keep calling back to speak to a Willie which is Apparently a GM.
- ABAshley BurlisonJul 22, 20261.02 slices of my pizza have nothing on them. 😑 I'd post a picture but it won't let me
- BPBen PettusMay 30, 20261.0Placed an online order for lunch to carry out. Order confirmation and my card is charged, but when I show up at 12:00pm to pick up my lunch, the store is locked up. Not a holiday, just a standard Saturday at 12:00 with online showing they are open and they’ve never been closed at lunch any other Saturday in existence. When i was there, multiple customers were in the same boat. I hope no one was planning a child’s b-day party or anything. Embarrassing attempt to run a business.
