The website and app however say that it has been delivered. I call the location. I give them my name and situation, they put me on hold to check. 23 minutes go by. I had time to drive to the Papa John's and ask for the manager. My cell phone is still on hold with them this whole time, the phone I can see sitting off of the hook and Forgotten by everyone. My order had been on a shelf next to the cash register for over an hour and a half. I demand a refund. They issue the refund and tell me I don't have to be such a perk, they are doing their best. I get outside the store about 50 feet when I look at the receipt and see they kept the delivery fee, tax, and tip. I went back inside and demanded my full amount. She refunded the extra $24 and threw the receipt at me. I will never get pizza delivery in Harvest again.
