  I was just there recently to pick up an order i was dashing and the lady at the first window told me they would be closing down permanently so i should not accept anymore orders from them because the delivery service app i use would not see that they closed but keep offering orders from them, she told others this as well. Well turns out she flat out lied to us all just because she and other employees do not like us coming to pick up orders which is simply unacceptable and ridiculous to say the least!

  If I could leave a negative star review i would. I have been to this location numerous times and every single time my order is ALWAYS wrong. Poor management and some very rude employees. No longer giving this place any more chances, absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here unless you enjoy wasting your time.

  For three days they have told me they are "cleaning" the ice cream machine. I know it take 4 hours to clean the machine, and it's supposed to happen over night. If you're to lazy to make the ice cream just say that, don't lie.

  Every time I come here there is something wrong with my order. These people that work here do not care and should not be getting paid what they do. This time I ordered online thinking maybe it will be better but nope! I’ve already been through two different dashers trying to pick my food up .The first dasher they told him it would be 25 minutes for my order. Last time I remember this is fast food not casual dining. McDonald’s especially this one is a joke

  The atmosphere just keeps getting worse along with the employees. I ordered my food at the kiosk up front and me and my kids had to sit around a bunch of high school aged kids yelling out across the lobby just cussing and acting up. We got our food at the counter and before I could get our cups the employee walked away. I stood there for a few minutes patiently waiting and when another employee walked back behind the counter I politely said "ma'am" to get her attention and she laughed and said something under her breath as she walked away. I didn't even know what to say in response to that. Save your money especially with the 78 on the health score... yikes!
