I asked management that if my delivery time is well beyond the solicited, please reach out and let me know so I can make a decision, but the manager says “I shouldn’t tell her how to do her job.” On order app says it’ll take 40-50 minutes for a medium pepperoni and a cheese bread to show up at my door. My order still had not left quality check an hour and an half later when I finally called. Absolutely poor behavior, lack of empathy for the people who provide for your paycheck. Your manager is right, I SHOULD NOT have to tell her how to do her job, yet here we are. I unfortunately like your cheap pizza, but I will not tolerate your employees getting an attitude with me when they don’t feel the need to provide customer service. Management at store 5881 on east limestone, do better. You’ve got a small community here in east limestone. If you want to continue getting business from us, please reconsider your expectations for customer experience. Cheap pizza only goes so far.
