My husband and I stopped by with a mobile order. Nothing complex, just an order of onion rings, and 2 drinks. We ordered 2 sauces with the onion rings. We did not receive the sauce we paid for, so I asked for some. A team member brought it out and was very kind about it. We went to leave and a male team member along with another female team member we had not seen before then blocked our vehicle and demanded the sauce back because he said we didn’t pay for it. We attempted to reason and show the receipt where we did in fact pay but he wouldn’t have that as an answer. We asked it to be rung up and end the whole ordeal and he refused and even after explaining we will pay for it again we have somewhere to be, he said “I don’t care that you have somewhere to be that’s coming out of my check” mind you it was $0.33. We tried again to pay, he still would not leave without handing back the already opened dip. After some extremely rude language from him directed towards me and my husband I just rolled up the window and left. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, we called corporate and will absolutely never give a dime to this location ever again. Do better.

I absolutely LOVE Sonic and enjoy visiting different locations thoughout the US. I was shocked when I visited this location in Hartselle, AL today. We ordered our favorite, smashburger, but what we received was a double burger. Albeit the food was adequite, it wasn't what we ordered. We also ordered a vanilla ice cream sundae, which when delivered, was only 1/2 full. When I asked about it, the very nice server said "we are only allowed to give three swirls or we get in trouble". I realized that most Sonic locations are franchised-owned, but this was ridiculous! As with everthying else, ice cream is expensive and it's a treat when we are able to ordered it. We paid for a full dish and should have received a full dish! We also asked for an empty ice cream dish so we could split it and was charge $.71 for it. Ha, had we known we were only going to get 1/2 a dish, we wouldn't have asked for the extra cup. Thank goodness there are other amazing Sonic locations in North Central AL that we can enjoy.

Food was good workers where very rude.
Very disappointed today , we went to get sonic for the first time in a long time after playing golf. Initially, we try to ordering on the app in which they had 2 of 5 meals listed as temporarily out of stock.However, when we press the button to order, they were in stock.....So they just don't want to make them.. I did not touch my fries, as they were disgusting.Miss colored looked molded and definitely freezer, burnt.They were teeny , tiny and shriveled up. Lastly, I would like to add that they have removed 3 fourths of the trash cans from their parking lot because they are too lazy to take the trash out, they did not care.The person delivering food was nice enough, only semi decent thing I can say .
