  Where to begin went to dine in the door was open we were told they were closing due to no AC omg i mean no AC is no reason to lose money. I Grew up in the 50's 60's we had no AC and i am still alive. Babies can't do without ac come on now it is not that bad lol

  Our local Hartselle Pizza Hut consistently earns every single one of these 5 stars! We are regular customers, and their customer service is unmatched. ​No business is perfect, but what sets this location apart is how they handle mistakes. Every single time there has been a minor hiccup, they have gone above and beyond to make it right: ​The Wait: One night our food was delayed, and the manager/owner felt so bad she offered us a "cookie" for the wait. We expected a small cookie, but she gave us a whole, fresh family-sized ultimate chocolate chip pizza cookie! ​The Fix: Another time, we ordered a Pepperoni Lovers because my son Easton lives for pepperoni. We got home and realized it just had a normal amount on it. I called them up, and without hesitation, they told us to come back and made a brand-new, fresh pizza loaded up perfectly. ​Tonight: We had to wait just a little longer because one of our pizzas accidentally got made with the wrong crust. To make up for it, they didn't just give us our correct order—they gave us the extra "mistake" pizza to take home too! ​They always do whatever it takes to keep our business, and it works. This crew is honest, hardworking, and cares about their customers. We will always keep coming back!

  It was so hot in the building that I couldn't stay. I had them bring me a go box. The past 5 or 6 times I've been in there it was extremely warm. It seems like they are having problems with the air. Our server kept apologizing and I really felt sorry for the workers. If it was that hot in the dining area I know it had to be downright ungodly in the back. Something needs to be done about the air.
