  The first time I went in here two or three months ago everything was good. The service was fantastic the food was really good and I didn't have any issues. I just went yesterday and everything is awful. My sandwich had hair in it and I ended up throwing it away because I live about 20 minutes away and didn't feel like dealing with going back up there after I got home. The store was a wreck and looked awful. To top it all off, the language I heard from the people working there was better suited for a bar. I don't know what happened to the really nice redheaded manager that used to be there or the tall guy that was working with her the last time I came in, but the people that were in there this time were a joke. I will not be back to this location and honestly I'm pretty sure all of the locations around here are owned by the same person so I probably just won't be going back to Jimmy John's ever again.

  I order all the time. My sandwich is never cut and this is what I just received as my “toasted Cuban sandwich” the service is terrible. Unless you go inside and watch them don’t order on the app.

  Ate lunch here on Sunday. The service was great and so was the food. A great big shout out to Leanne, I hope I spelled it right. Even on crutches Leanne gave super service and was super friendly.

  I would have made this review yesterday but we were busy. My wife and I walked in and waited at the front counter for at least 3 minutes before the person in the back finally decided to come out and take our order. I couldn't really tell but it was either a young male or female, but that is irrelevant. They were on their phone when they came out from the back and continued to talk for a few minutes before finally acknowledging us. They proceeded to put their phone up and finally take our order. After taking our order I didn't notice until my wife said something later otherwise I probably would have just canceled our order, they did not wash their hands and just immediately grabbed gloves and put their gloves on over their dirty hands and started making our food. They appeared to be working by themselves, but eventually the woman we passed on our way in that was sitting in her car smoking a cigarette decided to join her co-worker and also from what my wife tells me put on gloves and just started making food without washing her hands even though she was in her car smoking. When she walked in the door I immediately smelled the smoke smell which was nauseating. We finally got our order and when we did go to eat it the bread was underdone and had little to no color and was doughy. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant and I will not be going back. I do not recommend anyone going here unless you like the smell of cigarette smoke, waiting around for people to finish their phone calls before they acknowledge you, and to top it all off terrible quality food that was made with unwashed hands. I can't believe this place charges as much as they do for this type of food and service. Everything was absolutely atrocious!
