  Very good $7.00 Big Deal Meal. Had a cheeseburger, tater tots, Diet Coke, and a hot fudge sundae. It was very good, and was hot and fresh. Alexa was our carhop, and she was very nice. Great deal. Thank you!

  The absolute worst customer service we've EVER experienced. And we travel ALOT! First off ordering was a rush, replied with "what else" after each thing ordered. 2nd, the order was wrong. Had no fries and charged for an extra ice cream that they took back but didn't refund, didnt give us the reciept or our change from the order. Sat in stall 9 for 45 minutes, pressed the buttom 5 different times, kept getting ignored and ended up having to go to the door at the front just to get the fries, and our change, and with all the Hassel just squashed the refund on the ice cream, bc my daughter was hungry and just wanted her fries. In which that is all she ordered. Don't work in customer service if you hate your job that much. I understand sometimes people are short staffed but the 2 working tonight (the girl that took the order, and the guy carhop) both need FIRED! As a former carhop that has dealt with the worst of the worst on many occasions with a smile on my face going above and beyond, I never would have treated any customer as rudely as what we dealt with tonight muchless ignore trying to help sort out an order in a quickly and professional manner.
