  The individual taking our order could not even get two hotdogs, tots, frys and two drinks correct. When she would repeat it back it was never correct. It was like playing "whos on first" with her. When eventually told her to cancel and we left the stall we were parked in. Its possible she still.there now, days later still tryingnto get the order correct with the car that unknowningky drove into the "twighlight zone" stall after us. Bless their hearts if they did.

  This has to be the absolute worst place in Alabama especially if you think it’s going to take less than twenty minutes. Staff takes no pride in doing their job. I’ve been here twice this week. I went through the drive through the first time. There was me and one other car in front and it took sixteen minutes. The second time I went to a stall. I had to hit the red button nine times because every time I hit it they would just clear it without saying a word and this took over a half hour. Staff is rude and disrespectful and I think the owner should watch his business better.

  Can’t even get a Cherry Limeade right. THERE SIGNATURE drink. Also slow, hit or miss, and terrible drive thru service. 1/10. Only good thing is the ice cream, which you can’t mess up. Everything else is awful and don’t recommend going for anything other than soft serve

  I waited for almost thirty minutes at the car hop spot after ordering three drinks. I never received them. It even said the order was on the way. I tried to call two times but they didn’t answer. I flagged down a worker walking by and cancelled my order. The service at this location is incredibly slow.

  This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. The girl that brought the food out was rude and rolled her eye at me and my wife. The food was terrible...Owner (cooperate)takes no responsibility they will comment and give you a number to call but no one with an experience should have to waste there time anymore then they already have on calling a number. Take responsibility, look at your reviews.
