  They were very slow and the person who took my order was very much in an awful mood and didn't seem to want to be there.

  Rude “customer service” exuding an attitude of “I don’t care.” Food is fine but every order comes with a side of lip.

  Ordered two milkshakes online, sat and waited for them for 15 minutes. When they were finally brought out they were melted. I asked the middle aged car hop lady with curly hair if they could be remade. She said “no they’re like that because I added more cream”. Asked her to get her manager, she told me they were busy and put my straw and napkins on the hood of my car instead of handing them to me. The manager ended up remaking the shakes so I was thankful for that, but that carhop has probably the worst attitude I’ve seen at a fast food restaurant lately. Wish I would’ve gotten her name.

  I only order drinks from this location due to the speed of service. I will not be returning. They are 90% of the time wrong. I always order through the app. Not sure what the issue is, but very dissatisfied with the experience all around. Will find another location from now on.
