  Placed a whole order of food for my family of 5 on the way to the lake via drive thru. I asked a question and the rude girl on the speaker wouldn’t respond. So I pulled up to the window and she tells me $7.18 and I said no I ordered way more than $7. She said well I didn’t hear it. I asked if I could order at the window she says no drive back around to order again. We left and went a spent $50 a whataburger instead. Do better sonic! Hire better! And if you aren’t gonna step up to do the job you were hired to do, do us ALL a favor and just step out!

  There's someone here with a blu 131dl TracFone that steals your information if you leave your phone out without notice. Do not work or eat here. Very toxic work environment and these people talk behind your back. And the worst part there was hair in my food. And this happened this morning while sitting on the tables outside. Needed to use the bathroom really bad. When I went out there white dude curly hair was literally running back into the store as I walked back to my table. So idk anymore had to make a new email.

  Order taker was inattentive, rude, and cleared our order away multiple times, at one point trying to insist that no one had taken our order yet, despite having been the one taking it. This store needs an entirely new crew. I will not be returning. Smh....
