  Most pathetic service. How they are in business is a mystery. We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with one vehicle in front of us.

  Waited for door dash order two kids working inside and one guy who was actually working on my order. Not greeted or check on. Finally order was ready and one of the kids gave my order to a car outside came back inside and laughed repeatedly to the other kid who also laughed. Again, only one actually working had to remake the order no apologies what so ever or regard for the waiting or pure incompetence and lack of oversight. Terrible service and apparently no training at all.

  I’ve been trying to call this location for over 2 hours, no one will answer. I wanted to ask if it’s normal to give half cups of stuff at this Arby’s. The cup of cheddar that was 80 cents was not even halfway full. It was about a teaspoon of cheddar. I also got a cup of chicken salad that was less than half full for $4.49. My hometown Arby’s has never done that before.

  This store has a bad history of skimping meat on sandwiches. If you order a half-pound beef and cheddar, dont expect them to actually give you a half pound. You'll just end up with a regular size beef and cheddar.
