  Do not go to this McDonald's through the week I went there they messed up my order I had to go back they messed up my order again while I was standing right in front of them I said I was never coming back gave them the benefit of the doubt today took my wife for breakfast they messed up my order I came home there was things missing out of my bag and my steak egg and cheese bagel was completely discombobulated the steak was hanging halfway out of the biscuit the egg was on the other side hanging halfway out there was barely any sauce and a ton of cheese do not go to this McDonald's shut it down

  Bun was dried out. Fish and fries were cold. It was freezing inside so had to eat in car. Napkin containers were empty. Floor was very sticky. Table on the side were full of stuff. Looked to possibly be employees stuff. I have never seen such a messy place or eaten such horrible food.

  All the tables and bathroom were dirty. Food took about 15 minutes. Big Mac meat was burnt.. Drinks station not working, you can get soda from it but it is warm and no ice. Seen an employee messing with his shoes and didn't wash his hands. There was also a lot of flies in the dinning room. Will not be coming back here.

  Came to Hamilton for my first time from California to visit my best friend. This was the worst Mcdonald's experience I've ever had. We've both worked for Mcdonald's for 7 years each and the service at this location is absolute garbage. I ordered a mocha frappe with an added shot and she ordered the same thing but caramel. Our food came out and her order was missing a sandwich, no apology. I had to go back 3x to ask about our frappes after it had been 20 minutes with no drinks. The second time they gave me a frappe with added caramel shots?? The 3rd time I went back to the counter i stood there and said "excuse me" several times to the employees and they ignored me. Then a girl comes out of the bathroom and says they made the frappes but never gave them to us?????? What is going on with your service here, step it up! Won't be coming back.
