  The dorito tacos taste like stale has a piece of cardboard recommend you if you go there you're not going to like it

  I had two pieces chicken thigh that wasn't put in my three piece chicken dinner nor was it substituted with anything else like chicken fingers. I pay way to much in order to be blatantly scammed the way I was. The least you could've done was contact my dasher to have them contact me about the issue instead of just throwing one piece in the box and giving it out

  When traveling in from Texas, I always have to stop at Jack's. I wish you would come to Fort Worth, Texas!

  I mean the food is good but as I was leaving, I happen to notice as I was walking out the door I turned around and there was a gentleman and a lady that worked there older lady. I think her name tag says Stacey between our things was 839 9 o’clock going into the girls bathroom now I don’t I don’t know what type of business or what type of management is working there but I would hate to know that they’re in there doing something that shouldn’t be doing when that’s what it seemed like to me. They need to look at the cameras and if possible, get rid of both of them or lock them up that is not to be tolerated in a public restaurant so blame shame

  No. What is the POINT of ordering ahead if you STILL HAVE TO WAIT for the chicken to get cooked AFTER YOU GET THERE?!?! The online order said 15 minutes. I got here 18 minutes after I ordered. Then sat in the drive thru for another 9 minutes BEFORE getting to the menu/order board. I told him my name and drove around. And then waited another 4 minutes for the poor guy in front of me to get his food. Then it was *FINALLY* my turn. And I was told to pull up and wait because there was still 4 minutes to wait on the chicken. WHY?!?!? I'm currently sitting here waiting for my food... 38 minutes after I originally ordered (and paid). I'll edit this if the food isn't right or if it's bad.
