Whoever gave me my taco tonight, I will forever hate you. I bit into my taco to find barely any meat and freezing cold cheese. The meat isnt even warm! There is more cheese than meat. There is no reason why there should be a full taco full of cheese rather than meat. Also, I got three dorito hard shell tacos. One of my tacos werent even fully wrapped. I took it out to find nothing in my shell, to find out it was dumped out into the bag. I took it out the way it was, and I didnt even feel anything fall out. The bag was in my lap when I was taking the taco out. I would have felt it fall out. Im actually pissed. I was happy my whole day until now.

Zero accountability from management and you can count on your order being wrong every single time. Save yourself the trip and ride to Russellville’s location

Didn’t receive the sauces I asked for. As a person who can’t eat Taco Bell without diablo sause this is really disappointing hope you do better for being “over staffed”

Food was gross. Not cooked right. Quesidilla was mostly tortilla. Cheesy gordita was cold. People we upbeat and happy, a little sassy. But I don't really care so much about sassy as long as the food is good. And it was not. It was gross. Didn't eat it. Drove to McDonald's and got a warm cheeseburger.
