  I ordered one plain hamburger and one hamburger with ketchup. She read it back wrong. So I repeated what I said and she said yeah got it. Got home one ketchup, one fully dressed. Called the store and I'm pretty sure the person who answered took my order. She said, "Well they didn't get the whole order wrong." Well I'm not going to feed one kid and not the other and I've got to drive to the dumpster with these stinking onions. No lady manager I'm not loading up and coming back to your store, spend 5 dollars of gas for a 2 dollar hamburger. The food at Jack's is so freaking good but it's hard to get.

  No syrup in sodas, fries hot but no seasoning?? “fresh” hamburgers taking 30 minutes, no ranch dressing even when asked for extra.

  As someone that has ate at probably 50 jacks across Alabama this is by far the worst one. It took 20 minutes to get my order and I was the only person at the store

  It was about 2pm and I ordered biscuits and gravy I wasn't satisfied with the food at all I went in for a chili dog and they weren't available 🙃

  My daughter ordered a deluxe breakfast platter. She asked for a double order of grits and no biscuit. They gave her a double order of grits and the biscuit that she didn't want. Instead, they didn't give her the side order of 2 eggs. It was correct on the receipt, but I didn't notice it until we were down the road headed toward Birmingham. I didn't call, because I didn't have time to go back.
