- MCMichelle CranfordMay 11, 20263.0I am not sure what has happened at this location. We have received orders that were wrong or had missing items on more than one occasion. They want you to come back and get a replacement. You have to use your time and gas , go back up to the restaurant because of a mistake they made. So it is ok if the customer is inconvenience. I understand mistakes happen, but you call and get nothing but excuses on why your order was missing chicken on a salad. If this was the first time I could let it pass, but it seems like it is happening every time we visit there is a mistake in our order.
