  This is a great Arby’s with some of the most thoughtful and kind staff I’ve encountered in fast food. I live in Foley, but virtually every time I’m heading through Gulf Shores around lunchtime, I find myself swinging by this location. I’m honestly burnt out on most of the usual fast-food choices, and Arby’s has a much more interesting menu than people sometimes give it credit for. I particularly like the gyros, and there are a lot of inexpensive options that are actually filling. The value menu has roast beef, ham, chicken and Buffalo chicken sliders, along with chicken wraps, curly and crinkle fries and other options. Then you have things like the Greek Gyro and Roast Beef Gyro, mozzarella sticks, jalapeño bites and some genuinely different sides. And the potato cakes! Those alone are a reason for me to stop. They’re unique, substantial and a nice change from getting the exact same french fries everywhere else. I recently spent some time in Canada and ate fast food several times while I was there. It really drove home how repetitive a lot of American fast food has become. Even something as simple as the onion rings I had in Canada seemed tremendously better than what I normally encounter here. That’s part of why I appreciate this Arby’s. There are enough different choices that I can get something other than another burger and fries, the value items can make a surprisingly filling meal without spending a fortune, and the people at this particular location have consistently been exceptionally nice to me. Definitely one of my regular Gulf Shores lunch stops.

  The drive thru service felt like there was a single person working. I placed a mobile order ahead and it took twenty minutes once I arrived.

  Just ran through the drive thru for a sandwich and shake. Love the orange dreamcicle shake!!!! Fast and friendly like always

  I had a terrible experience at this Arby’s. My order was made incorrectly, and when I brought it to their attention, Jocelyn was extremely rude, unprofessional, and acted like fixing the mistake was an inconvenience. Instead of apologizing for the error, she had a nasty attitude and provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Customers shouldn’t be treated with disrespect when the restaurant is the one that made the mistake. A simple apology and willingness to correct the order would have gone a long way. Management needs to address Jocelyn’s behavior and provide better customer service training. I won’t be returning after this experience.

  I'm never coming to this Arby's here again. I received my order wrong twice one and I had to through away have my food that I order because it was cold. And my drink didn't taste good either, I didn't even enjoy it thanks Arby's for ruining my night and taking my last 20 dollars for my meal and I'm so pissed off because I received cold food. Get your service done right.
