IF I COULD GIVE MY REVIEW A MINUS ZERO I WOULD!!! The best thing about my visit was the fact that Aniyah remained professional and cordial. The incident was not her fault at all. She did the best she could. The food was cold. All of ut. I’m talking very cold. They remade the tots and chicken bites. That’s about all that was right. Then the “so called” manager gone ask, “ what’s cold? We can’t warm no bun”! We requested a refund and asked for the store number just to be told to “google it” from the same “so called” manager is ridiculous. Then being told I canceled the order. There’s no receipt, wait 3-5 business days or just come back in the morning. Then when I asked the GM name gone say….ummm her name Val…closed and locked the window. DO BETTER!!

Good luck getting your order taken. I guess we could have gone through the regular drive through since that seemed to be working for people, but we wanted to sit and eat in the car. Ended up just going somewhere else.

initial carhops were great! We ordered almost $50 worth of food. As pictured on my receipt we also made sure we put 1pc honey mustard and 1pc bbq sauce. In the bag we received - 1 ranch (which we did not order and offered to give back) and 1 bbq sauce. Marinara is supposed to come with the mozzarella sticks we ordered (2 large orders - $16). We did not receive our honey mustard and we did not receive our marinara. We pulled up to a different slot and let them know we needed to 2 honey mustard and 4 marinara in which they tried to charge us for it. $2.20. For sauce for food we already paid for and did not receive.
My sister then pressed the button again. And politely told them that we had already ordered them and did not receive them. A young women came in the line and said she put them in the bag. I said over the com that they did not. We received - 1 bbq and 1 ranch and 6 packs of ketchup.(This makes 2 interactions)
They came out with the sauce and the next carhop asked us for $1.10 and I said - “No, we didn’t receive that sauce with our food and we won’t be paying for it. We got 1 ranch and 1 bbq and did not receive”
A different young woman then came out and said it will be $1.10 and tried to tell me I needed to pay for the honey mustard. I said “No - we ordered it and did not receive it.” She said “it was in the bag. We have to ring it. Our manager pushes us to do it this way.” I said “One more time - let me explain it to you. We ordered it and it was not in the bag. We got 1 bbq and 1 ranch. We ordered $16 worth of marinara sticks and did not receive the marinara they are supposed to come with. We did order honey mustard. We did not order ranch but if you need it back I can give it to you and I’d like the honey mustard please.” She said - “Okay it’s just 28 cents and you need to cool your tone. I’m just telling you what our manager pushes us to do.”
I told her that “I’m not trying to have a tone but this is now the fourth conversation about sauce that we should have already had over sauce that was ordered. And we’re not paying for it. We ordered $50 worth of food and it was on the receipt.”
We showed her the receipt and told us we still owed her 0.28 cents for the extra honey mustard and she only gave us 3 marinara.
I told her she can keep the extra honey mustard and just give us the one ordered and she STILL ASKED FOR 28 CENTS and told me I really needed to lose the attitude.
It really was not very nice and she had the worst customer service of anyone I’ve ever interacted with in my life.
I raised my voice and said, “Honey let me read the receipt to you.”
She continually tried to tell me it was for the inventory.
If it was for inventory would the inventory be messed up for ranch?
I’ve been to many sonics and never been charged for sauce when I’ve purchased food and is supposed to come with it (especially when I asked them for it) and I live in TN and frequent sonic weekly.
She threatened to call the police because I raised my voice.
I will likely never visit another sonic.
Thank you Greenville for keeping money in my pocket and out of a corporation who employs people and does not adequately train them in customer service.
Would recommend the Burger King, Wendy’s, or McDonalds on this exit instead!
