I have never had anything wrong with our local McDonald's. However today done it for me placed a mobile order on my phone for curbside took about 12 minutes till I got there when arrived the screen said curbside took to long must go through drive through or inside and give them my number it was #1987 when my mother went through the drive they told her they already handed out our food so we left we weren't ordering anything else. I called the store about a refund being the order was not complete since the app wouldn't let me cancel my incomplete order the lady on the phone swears she was working the window all morning and never told us that and our food was ready. We were already down the road on a trip I asked for a refund or to cancel she said food is right here and we can come get it I asked if I can have her name so I can ask for her when we got back she then yelled back whats your name why don't you tell me that. My name is already on the bag ma'am however I let it be there and then she proceeded to hang up on me after telling me we had to be in the curbside spot. I explained the app said we were late when we came through the drive like it said they told us our food was gone.... order was placed at 8:42 is has only just now been 30 minutes from that incident and only around 12 when I called the store.

My experience at this McDonald’s was absolutely terrible. Not only did they mess up my drinks, but when I politely asked for them to fix it, the staff had a terrible attitude. Instead of correcting the mistake professionally, they were rude and dismissive.
What made it even worse was the manager’s behavior. You would expect a manager to handle situations better, but they were just as rude if not worst than the employees. There was no apology, no effort to make things right, just poor customer service all around.
It’s frustrating to pay for something and then be treated poorly when asking for a simple correction. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had here. I won’t be returning.

This McDonalds is very disappointing and so out of order wasn’t selling any food there at the moment and didn't tell me or my family just had us standing at the counter for 10 minutes then one of the workers finally came and said what do y'all need that’s not a way to approach a customer who giving y'all money one employee yelled from the back I just said we not taking orders which was very rude just had me and my family looking slow and didn’t serve us because we were black but serve the white customers.
