  It was okay I got buffalo sliders but my sliders barely had buffalo sauce on my meat.

  We stopped at this Arby’s while traveling through on our way to vacation, and I had a pretty long, complicated order. KaMya was working the drive-thru window, and she was absolutely amazing. At no point did she seem frustrated or rushed. Instead, she stayed friendly, patient, and even repeated my entire order back to me to make sure everything was correct. The service was outstanding, and it honestly made our stop a great experience. This was the best customer service I’ve ever received at an Arby’s, and that’s saying a lot because we eat at Arby’s almost every week. KaMya deserves recognition for the way she treats customers. Thank you for making our trip a little better!

  Me and my family just got done eating but when we walked in we were being told that there is only one register working. Cars were wrapped around, we felt like we were being rushed by being asked multiple times are we ready to order. Me and the family did not have a good experience. We were missing food, but received them after we went up there to ask for them. I ordered a classic beef and cheddar meal with a side of Mac. When receiving the Mac and cheese. It was cold! I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.

  I ordered the BBQ Mac bowl with pulled beef. I paid $17, the portion was small, the meat was overcooked, and it tasted really bad. I won’t be coming back again.
