  Ordered through the app. The food was ready when I got there and obviously had been freshly made due to the temperature of it. Hot fries and burger and cold chocolate shake is the best combo ever and Jack's is a pro at it. Very friendly staff.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ If you're looking for a job at Jack's, apparently the hiring requirements are: ✅ Must have an attitude. ✅ Must be unable to count. ✅ Must enter orders incorrectly. ✅ Must treat every customer like they're a surprise inconvenience. The drive-thru experience is truly one of a kind. You pull up to the speaker and begin questioning your existence while waiting to be acknowledged. Five minutes later, someone finally comes on and says, "Hold on a minute." What follows is an impressive display of multitasking avoidance. They let the car in front of you pay, get their food, check their food, leave the parking lot, and probably make it halfway home before they take your order. It's like they've adopted a revolutionary business model where only one customer is allowed to exist at a time. By the time I ordered, paid, and got my food, I had enough life experience to qualify for Social Security. On the bright side, if you enjoy suspense, incorrect orders, and waiting long enough to watch civilization collapse, Jack's is the place for you.
