  I was very uncomfortable with the AI robot voice that took my order in the drive through. The AI told me the location was out of Baja blast zero, then when I asked the actual staff member, they said they was incorrect and was able to add it to my order. This AI robot voice feels like a cheap way for a corporation to cut spending on real humans to take orders and I find this incredibly disappointing.

  The majority of the staff, aside from a nice black gentleman with dreadlocks who is polite and prepares the food as it is depicted in the advertisements. If you aren't lucky enough to have him prepare your food and handle your purchase you will leave sorely disappointed by the staff, the food as well as the cleanliness of the establishment, Dining room and kitchen area. Every other staff member i encountered acted as if they're high paying fast food position gives them some kind of unspoken clout that negates their poor preparation/ serving of food should so obviously be after a day or two of training very easy to get right. As well as terrible customer service skills, and inherent inability to understand the language / basics of Their Own app-based sale/accrued point offerings. I'm an easy to please guy when I get what I pay for and I'm treated with respect. So out of the 9/10 times I've visited this location, I've yet to have a satisfactory experience. If you decide to visit this location...good luck, hopefully you will have a good 30-45 minutes to kill to receive your throne together, inaccurate/incomplete, cold in the middle tacos. Even though you ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 power bowls, you still take them with a smile just to get out the door with a shred of your dignity and maybe one of the 3 items you ordered!

  Please train your staff. Burrito Supreme and Nacho Bell Grande are supposed to come with sour cream. Someone that makes food at your location missed the memo.

  Ordered a crunchwrap supreme, as you can see from the order receipt. I ate this entire thing, in hopes to find anything I paid for on here, and towards the end, is where I finally find a small piece of meat and a few grains of rice. Mind you, I PAID $2.95 for extra ingredients and did not receive them. I got beans, lettuce, and a few jalapeños, that's it. Also on my gordita crunch, I paid for extra meat, and did not receive that neither. Im very disappointed.

  If I could leave. 0 I would. Tiffany doesn’t need to be a manager, she was so rude told me it would be 45 minutes
