  Me and my husband and a two of our co workers have been working double shifts all week. We go to jacks at 10pm at night to finally try and get us some supper. We we got there the drive through lady was upset that we had to separate orders. She was being very rude and tried to make things difficult the whole time we were trying to order. Then we proceed to pull through to the window, pay , and we asked her for fry salt. She then lets us know that we are doing to much and tells us to pull forward to wait on our food. So we comply and say yes maam. We wait for at least 20 minutes keep in mind we only ordered 4 chicken finger snacks. So I walk in and ask if everything was okay and the same lady proceeds to tell me SHE WAS TOO BUSY TO BRING MY FOOD OUT TO ME!!! Tried to call the restaurant and get a manager on the phone and no answer! TERRIBLE SERVICE! TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM HER! and to the managers of this location….. get your people in check or fire them if they act like they hate their job. Your servicing HARD WORKING PEOPLE!

  The food was really good. I had a problem with the manager. My wife and I were going through the drive thru and the Manager (in the red shirt) basically threw our food at my wife. After that we got a milkshake that was half full. I go inside to get the problem fixed. The worker I talked to was great and said he would make me another one. Then the manager comes over and asked to see the shake and then percedes to take the shake out of my hand and tells the worker that was making another shake to just fix this one. She also was very rude to me and the other employees. I like this Jack's a lot but that manager not so much.
