  I went into the Geneva, AL Pizza Hut to get my carry out order. There was an older lady, around age 65 maybe, that was working the register and the drive through window. Don't know her name because she wasn't wearing a name badge. All I asked her was if the sauces were in there. They have forgotten them plenty of times before. That is why I asked. She got such an attitude because I asked that. She said, "all sauces are in the boxes." I said "ok. It was just a question. " And she proceeds to say the same thing with an attitude again. And then had the audacity to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. She doesn't need to have a job in customer service if she doesn't want to do it.

  placed my order redeemed points paid what the app showed go to pick up and they tried to ask for more moeny even after showing them the receipt and order in the email confromation they refused to give my order stole my money and my reward points i will not be going here ever again stealing food from a veteran shame on you

  Showed up at 5 pm.. dine in and they said sit wherever you like. We are the only 4 people dinning inside. After 37 mins, nobody came to take a drink order or pizza order. They would answer the phone and take people's orders, and walk ins orders and ignored us..
