  I would like to make a complaint about mcds In Geneva and it's well earned. To start out I went to the drive thru ordered a chicken pack bundle deal, 2 mc doubles no pickle, 2 strawberry pies , 2 small van shakes, one sm strawberry shake. Lady repeated it across speaker word for word. I paid got pushed to second door got order pulled off and checked order. Everything was there but 1 mcdouble no pickles. So we went to drive thru again lady in first window pushed again me to pickup window I told lady I was missing a mcdouble no pickle. She said it only has one on here I said things happen got my card out to pay for the mcdouble and was straight told they couldn't except my payment cause they didn't have a register open so I again had to drive thru again just to pay for that burger. The lady that took my order said I know you ordered the mc doubles I don't know what there doing up there. I pulled up to pickup window and got burger. I complained to the manager she said things happen so I called manager brandy this morning explained the whole issue and she said I'm so sorry we will make this right. By the 3rd time thru drive thru my food was cold and shakes were all melted. Brandy said quote we will replace you order to come and pickup tonight. I did and assistant manager stated to me I'm only gonna give the the mc double not the whole order as I was told. I said have a nice day I will no longer support you in Geneva ever again. I went to Burger King for dinner quite the opposite experience! They took there time got order right and the food was hot. Thumbs up to Burger King you just gained a new customer. I have run restaurants been management for fast food, Hotels, security in places and paid employees. I also learned the if I make a mistake fix it right then so it doesn't hurt the business finances coming in. Bottom line these guys just don't care I spent over 35 min all 3 times in gas which isn't cheap and gave them 3 opportunities to fix it and make it right. And they refused !! Seems to me it is not worth all this headache over one mc double. So now they have lost my business here for good. In this economy the business should focus on Listening to the customer and get it right the first time. Have a great day

  Food is great tasting. But any special requests are normally not correct. Kids at the windows are courteous and polite. Just can't get their communications quite right. Last visit, no sauces for the chicken nuggets. Time before ordered no pickles, no pickles written on the burger, but there were pickles. 🤦‍♀️.

  we cane to tep different mc Donald's one in enterprise one in geneva both places had therr stake machine was down with a soar throat I wasn't happy. I then asked geneva store if they had a pies they said no i had abosouletly the worse serive I cone up to drive-through amd they let me sit for 15 mins for them ro tell me there closed this redilious after the money I spent there . let's pep uo your step mc Donald's

  Considering I’ve visited McDonalds all over the South - this one is above par, staff is always friendly, and only once have they gotten my order wrong and they made it correct right away, no arguing or push back, most McDonalds I’ve been to makes me dread asking them for something, but not this one! We actually enjoy going there.
