  Tried the Santa Fe Chicken Salad Stuffer while traveling back from Florida. WOW what a great experience!!!!!! A salad stuffed inside a Panera bread that isn’t sliced like a sandwich and doesn’t fall apart like a wrap.. We were greeted with a friendly staff and the gentleman at the counter where you pick up your food was on point! It was extremely fresh and looked as good as the menu panel pictured. Restaurant was immaculately clean and a truly wonderful experience… Best fast food experience of my life… Well done crew at Gardendale Panera..

  This place needs new management, the girl with long black hair and glasses making the food had only one glove on and kept touching her hair and phone with both hands while also touching everyone's raw food. Made my appetite dissappear real quick. Drink machine was overflowing with ice all over counter and floor, so much so that you could hardly even stand to get your drink or walk by to get your food. Also $12 for a tiny cup of macaroni and cheese is ridiculous.

  Drive thru is broken. Shelves are not stocked. Had a bit of a mildew smell. Ordered a grilled cheese and I could’ve made a better one at home. It had processed cheese and old white bread. Very disappointed
