  After receiving the wrong order on June 1, I called the restaurant once I got home and realized the mistake, even though it was close to closing time. Heather answered the phone and assured me that I would be able to receive my correct order the next day as long as I brought in the sticker from the incorrect order. She also stated that she printed the information out, which I could hear her doing over the phone.When I came in on June 2 to pick up the corrected order, a woman with black hair, a heavy accent, and approximately 5’7” in height began preparing it. She questioned the items I requested on the side, and I explained that I order the exact same meal through the app every time, so I knew the order details were correct. She repeatedly insisted that I was only allowed to have two toppings on the side, while I explained that I always receive three when placing my online order. She continued to disagree with me and even admitted she was unsure. She then asked another employee with split-dyed hair how many toppings could be placed on the side, and that employee also stated she did not know. After that, she said she would have to look it up. I explained that the order information should have already been printed out and offered to pull the order up on my phone, but she still continued insisting that I could only receive two toppings.The entire process was made much more difficult than it needed to be simply to correct an order that was originally made incorrectly. Other team members even stated that the issue had already been posted in the group chat and that they had seen it, so I am confused as to why there was so much disagreement and confusion regarding my replacement order.

  Come at night all the time. Everyone’s is always fantastic and the food is always good. Heather and Nolan are my faves!!!

  Heather the night time manger is very rude she yells at her very hard working employees they need to get her fired because there is no reason for some human to be that rude but the food is great but heather ruined the experience

  I used to come here often for lunch on the regular, it was the best chipotle location in the area. I don't know who's in charge now but the food lost its flavor and the employees skimp out on the /BEANS/ as well as the meat. Last time I ordered from here I told them I would pay for double meat, just fill it up... the guy gave me barely half a scoop extra. And that was apparently worth $4.00 more. Chipotle is just not worth it anymore.
