- APAngela Payne6 days ago4.0Chick fil A is known for its pleasant and kind employees, but this restaurants staff seemed to be struggling on the day we were there. No greeting when we walked in and our drinks were left off our mobile order. There was a younger blonde woman who was friendly that finally gave us our drinks and with a smile told us to have a nice day. She was actively being what Chick fil A is known for.
