    It had been a long day- I preordered my food through the app. I arrived and accidentally went through the regular drive through line and should have gone to the mobile line. The manager said it would be a few minutes, but had I gone through the right lane they would have just said pull up- so I pulled up to the mobile lane. There were not anyone in the drive thru for at last 5 minutes. But when I pulled up to there the manager displayed her great frustration and shaking her head in what looked like disgust for what I did. The staff kept looking at me- did not step out to ask my name or acknowledge me. It was not supposed to be ready until 7:17 pm at 7:21pm still no acknowledgement. By this time another car pulled up and the manager came to the door to speak to them. So I pulled around to go inside. I realize I did not follow proper protocol but you still show customer service and acknowledge the customer. You do not ignore the customer. In the summer I had a poor customer service experience with this same manager. I had ordered through app when I pulled up someone was ordering in the regular lane and they told me to pull up. They got their order before me as did three other people on the regular lane. Then she proceeded to bring an order out to the customer behind me. My order was overdue by like 10 minutes. As she was walking by I questioned what was going on- I told her I placed my order before the drive thru lane orders and the person behind me - she said she knew them so grabbed their order for the customer behind me. When she realized that I was less than happy she apologized. I just did not say anything and it was like she got mad with my lack of response. I did not go back there for awhile, due to this poor customer experience. Because of this past experience and because I was incensed by this manager shaking her head and ranting to her staff about it, I pulled around and went inside. I had a really long and tiring day and their display of anger and lack of acknowledgment just put me over the edge. When I entered the store, the young g lady making the smoothies informed me / scolded me for not waiting until they took my order. I explained to her I pulled in the wrong lane by mistake and thought since it was a mobile order that perhaps they would understand that I had a mobile order. If I had pulled into the correct lane they would have said to pull up. I told her I saw the manager shaking her head, ranting and acting pissed about it. I told her that was wrong customer service. They scolded me when I walked in there and they never acknowledged me in the drive thru because I did not follow proper protocol. However, employees and managers should show grace, should acknowledge in a kind way, seek to understand and realize like them some people are as tired as they are. I tried to be patient but the lack of acknowledgment and grace when I entered in the restaurant justifying why they chose to not acknowledge me angered me greatly. So the manager went picked up the order which was ready and looked to have been there for a few minutes stated they had just finished it to give to me. I explained what I saw from the drive thru. She said I know how it may have looked from the drive thru but that wasn’t so. But it was. I am a loyal customer but this lack of customer service had made me not feel valued and question if I should be. This manager needs to consider her way of managing the drive thru and her lack of customer service and how she is training her staff to treat customers. I probably will not be back. It is expensive and the lack of customer service makes it not worth it.

    Walked in this location just before 11 AM on a Tuesday. There was no one in the dining room and I believe two cars in the drive thru. Stood at the counter for a good five minutes or better and no one even acknowledged I was there so I left.

    i love tropical smoothie it's my favorite place to go after practice and the people are so nice and the inside is pretty and food is absolutely amazing. i get a mango magic smoothie every time and when im hungry i get a pb banana crunch flatbread and it's so so good!!

    Best bowls in Gadsden! Also went to one in PCB, Florida and it was wonderful too! Sweet staff! Clean building! Me and my daughter ate at the tables outside.

    I never make reviews but I feel the need to say everyone here is always sooo sweet except this middle aged skinny blonde lady. She always has an attitude and rolled her eyes at me today and shook her head when walking away. Just not a nice way to treat your regular paying customers.
