There were 4 ladies standing up there giggling. We asked them for help twice and one of the ladies said no. After asking again for some help they looked at us like we were stupid. This used to be my favorite McDonald’s but not any more. I will not give them my business. It’s sad that they would not help a paying customer.

The bathroom was HORRID! The toilet was full of feces that was drying. I watched an employee walk in there and use it and leave without even cleaning her hands. This place needs to be scrubbed top to bottom, managers need replacing since they can’t get anyone to do work. The dining room floors were slippery like grease, someone can fall or get hurt. This is a health hazard waiting to happen. I will NOT return! Find a different McDonald’s and skip this one! I visited this location on March 7th between 8 and 9 pm.
