- CCChris5 days ago4.0Been here several times. Donuts are great. Staff is friendly and happy. My only complaint is the dining room feels greasy and not tidy. In fact it’s uncomfortable warm. Bathroom is same way. That being said I’ll be back. Just needs a good cleaning and proper temperature control.

Unfortunately, they had sold out of the Key Lime Pie doughnut but the young man working the drive-thru was incredibly kind and accommodating. He immediately offered to replace it with another doughnut and made sure I was taken care of. The doughnuts were delicious, and the service was even sweeter. That employee deserves recognition for the way he treats customers.

I made an order for donut holes and it didn't cancel the order until AFTER the ready wait time was up. The cancel was presumably because of their lack of donut holes but honestly it's so expensive for barely any enjoyment. I should've skipped it altogether. There's other places I'd rather go 100% of the time. Only reason I ever go to Krispy anymore is for free donut days or super deals.

Dining room was being used as an employee break room with 2 out of 4 tables covered with employee food (Pizza, Chinese etc from other restaurants) but no employees visible. On the production line, the glaze catcher was so full it was all over the floor. Donuts and coffee were tasty.
