- WLWaylon L1 day ago1.0Very poor hospitality and service. Walked through restaurant with family to sit on back patio. Red-headed server walking in and put numerous times without offering to wait on us. Waiting 15 minutes without acknowledgement.

Our waitress Gabby was so nice when she approached our table and she quickly got our drink order and appetizer order. I am a very picky eater when it comes to meat and I requested that my burger be well done with No pink. When she brought our food out I checked my burger and it was PERFECT!! Gabby was very attentive to our table. I was able to Joke with her and she didn’t take offense to any of it, She handed it right back to me. I am very pleased with the service and food! I recommend.

No matter which Jefferson’s we dine at, we’re sure to enjoy delicious food, an awesome atmosphere, and top notch servers. And the Gadsden Jefferson’s did not disappoint! Fist pump to the cooks for serving up fresh food at the perfect temperature. Our Go-To favorites.. Wings of various HOT flavors and fries… were cooked to perfection. Of course, we always add Turbo Sauce on the side in memory of our son, BLAKE POORE, favorite one. And our server, she didn’t miss a beat even though the lunch crowd was beginning to greatly increase. She checked on us numerous times and kept our beverage glasses full. The restaurant was very welcoming with TV volumes at the perfect level. And it’s always a huge plus when they are clean and your feet don’t stick to the floor as you walk. We would have loved to have placed dollar bills on the wall, but we understand that it’s no longer done at this particular location. However, we still thoroughly enjoyed a meal from start to finish. So hats off to the entire staff for making our first time eating in Gadsden a memorable one!
- EMEllie MJul 17, 20265.0Great, dog-friendly eatery! I was on a trip with family and ate on the patio with family and my two small dogs. The food was delicious and our server, Anna, was so sweet! She even brought out ice water and a dog bowl for the pups! We had the triple dipper appetizer, a burger with fries, and chicken tenders with fries. I wish we had room for funnel cake fries but sadly we were so full from everything else. Definitely a spot to stop in if you drive thru Gadsden, AL!

The only reason we paid so much is because we ordered extra appetizers so we could try everything as we was just traveling through! I would definitely drive out of my way to come back. If you are passing through and wondering, just do it, they are super friendly. It is very clean and the food was delicious and don’t worry. I tried a little bit of everything.
