She offered to replace my order which I appreciated. Also, the chicken I did get was crispy, hot and juicy, but the mash potatoes were not good (very instant tasting). I know they are instant potatoes but they normally do not taste so powdery. Original review: Every time I go to this store through the drive-through, I am shorted food that I am spending money on! I waited 10 minutes for food that I ordered online ahead of time and then was shorted chicken. I will go in and you will show me my food before you pack it from now on! I can not afford to pay for food I do not get.
