- SDStephanie DavisOct 7, 20263.0Just to clarify, I’m not really the biggest fan of Chick-Fil-A anyways. I think the batter is too sweet and I like it crispy like grandma used to make. However, that being said, my son loves it. Every single time I’ve went, the staff is incredible. They are working hard, polite, helpful, and MOVING!!! The younger ones I’ve seen in there are just as great, which is hard to find. The food has always been right, exactly what we ordered, and it’s good. The only problem I have with this restaurant is that half attempt at a drive thru! That is THE WORST set up second only to Cook Out in Gadsden. And actually I think Chick-Gil-A’s might be worse. You don’t see a full menu before someone is at you taking your order. How are you supposed to know what you want if you haven’t even made it to the menu yet? What was the point in spending the money on menu speakers when they’ve NEVER been used?! And those poor employees out there in 105+ degree heat doing the exact same job as they could do from inside. The road cones everywhere, the merging at the end back to one lane with more road cones, the rushing of people (and believe it or not, there are people that have never been to one of these before so they don’t know what the menu holds). That drive thru was an experiment, I get it, trying to streamline and speed things up. But IT IS TERRIBLE! And how exactly are you supposed to park in the handicapped spaces since they’re usually blocked by the drive thru lines? That sucks for us considering I have, not one, but two people that are in my family I drive around and take to eat. I do know that all of that could have been planned better instead of doing the bare minimum to be ADA compliant. And I do know that with all the complaints about it, no one has made any effort to do better so it kinda shows the level of care that they have.

I repeat, no playground! The place is nice and clean, the food is great, but if you need a playground, this is not the one to go to!
- CJChasity Hall (Jun)Sep 12, 20261.0Had a mobile order was fast with getting it but they forgot my fries when I went back through I stoped and talked to the person taking ordered and he told me to pull to the window and the workers completely ignored me and kept looking and turning away even ignoring when I was trying to get there attention, just for when someone finally came up to act like I was lying even though I had the ricept that said it and the food still in the bag, she said I did not order and just pulled through, when she finally went and got my fries they were only half full mediums with maybe 5 fries in each and they were cold and stale. Then when I opened my 13 count grilled nuggets there was only 9 in the container just to add to the Absolutely horrible experience.

Employees inside working and walking around We asked for our young daughters to use the restroom which one has a disability (Down syndrome) and they said no. Had to drive across the street to the gas station after waiting for our food outside. Was disappointed that not one employee or manager didn’t step up to give any consideration to costumers. From what I’ve read it’s normal here for lack attentiveness’s
