He was upset to say the least. My cherry coke also tasted like flavored water. It was gross. My experience. Can't remember first one.

The drive-thru area was extremely dark—no working overhead or flood lighting—and employees were actively working outside in those conditions. At one point, an employee walked in front of my vehicle and I could barely see them due to the lack of lighting. Thankfully I was already moving very slowly, but this could easily become a dangerous situation for both staff and customers. One of the employees mentioned the lights have been out “for a while,” which makes this even more concerning. This isn’t just about convenience—it’s a visibility and safety issue that needs immediate attention. The staff were still professional and working hard despite the conditions, but they shouldn’t have to operate like that. Hoping management addresses this quickly.
