Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- WPWendi Parker2 days ago4.0The steakhouse burger lacking in the fried onions on the burger as advertised! Once we got home the burger received suppose to look like the picture you're advertising! These are misleading what my husband and I received tonight and it was very dry 😒.. The Hibiscus Lemonade is very sour we're not a fan of that.The banana pudding milk shake is a great addition you should keep instead limited time.The service she gave was positive and vibrant.

The 3 others with me have never tried it, so we decided to swing in and give it a go, at about 1:30pm on a Saturday. We received our food in I think about 10 minutes, which isn't bad in my opinion. It was relatively busy at the moment. All the food tasted great, no complaints from anyone here. They especially loved the banana pudding shakes. The counter service was smooth and normal. The only thing I saw that bothered me, was when I went to the bathroom, one of the employees came in and used it, and then walked out without washing his hands. There's no excuse for that in the food industry. Other than that, everything was good, and as expected. All the food tasted just like it does at some of the Texas locations I've been to.

I believe it was the same one that did both. I think his name is Zyshun H. At least that’s what is on our receipt. He is a breath of fresh air. It’s very rare to see a young adult in fast food that doesn’t act like they absolutely HATE their job. Give this kid a raise!
