    The food was cooked perfectly. The take out server was attentive and very pleasant. 10 out of 10. We will return!

    Took a party of 6 here and it was hands down the worst service experience I've ever had. ​We waited 20 minutes just to get our drinks. My mom and stepdad never even received their salads. When we brought it up, the waitress acted shocked and claimed she thought they got them, making excuses about being "too busy." Meanwhile, she spent the majority of her time standing around chatting with her mom, who was visiting her at the restaurant, completely ignoring our table. To put the timing in perspective, a neighboring table was seated, fully served, and left before our entrees even hit the table. ​When the food finally arrived, it was overcooked. The manager came out and promised to comp the meal for the missing salad and messed-up food. They took the steak back to recook it, it took forever, and it came back out undercooked. ​To top it all off, the bill arrived and we were charged for 5 entrees instead of 4. When we called it out, the waitress got argumentative. The manager wouldn’t even come back out to face us to confirm the fix, claiming he was too busy. He ended up only comping half of that meal because they didn't "eat their steak"—ignoring the fact that we had been there for 2 hours at that point and were completely done and ready to leave. ​The only saving grace was that my steak and the asparagus were actually good. ​Save yourself the headache. We will be sticking to the Hoover location from now on, and I recommend y'all do the same.

    I ordered to-go and this is the third time the to go meal was beyond disappointing Tonight my steak was burnt dry and over cooked(it was ordered medium and delivered well done) and my fries missing from my order. One of my mom’s pork chops was burnt and over cooked. My brother got the Kingsland pasta and the portion of steak and shrimp was so pathetic, three little shrimp and the steak looked like scraps. I’m definitely not ordering to go from here again, they’ve shown the can’t handle it anymore, and I’m not sure I’m coming to eat here at all again

    Over the years this outback has gone down hill and to have only 3 servers working on Fathers Day is a joke. We were really looking forward to dining here, but due to the staffing issues and the lack of communication regarding wait times, we ultimately decided to go somewhere else. We understand that staffing challenges can happen, but if you know you're significantly understaffed, especially on a busy day like Father's Day, it may be better to adjust operations accordingly rather than leave customers waiting without any idea of when they will be seated. We were disappointed with the experience and hope this can be improved for future guests.

    The service was great and the food was excellent!! I ordered to go and even after taking the food from the car, you could still smell the delectable aroma from the steak.
