Over 20 minutes went by and other cars were lining up on the side waiting for their orders. We took our receipt in- they said they had no idea our order was placed? The workers were yelling at each other in front of us and other customers. Bad attitudes all around. We had to wait even longer for our food because they were cooking everything to order. Lots of workers standing around. Ended up waiting around 40 minutes for fast food chicken. Ridiculous.
