- APAnnie PostSep 30, 20262.0i love bojangles so it sucks coming in(2 hours before close) and the employee that took our order acted as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. She didn’t hardly speak and was just pouting. The person who seemed to be the manager had the place locked up and got a few orders while we were there and acted like every order coming in was gonna be the death of him. we are the only people there and we heard him say “these people in the lobby gotta go.” Idk if it’s backrooms type lighting or the stale sides and biscuits that makes them so miserable but it’s not the music the music is fire. we waited 20 minutes for our food patiently and the chicken was hot and delicious. maybe if the employees there would try some then they might be able to crack a smile or say something out loud that isn’t negative and unwelcoming.

We came through a little after 9pm this evening and got 2 4 piece kids meals, both with Mac and Cheese, both with Pink Lemonade, and both with Ranch. And we got a 4 piece tender meal with Fries and Ranch. The lady taking our order acted like she was annoyed. After everything I asked for it was, "Is that all?" We get it all ordered and she said, "we only have 1 Mac and cheese." Okay, no problem. Well take a coleslaw with the other. Pull forward and the guy at the window said nothing. My brother tri d talking to him and he acted like we were speaking a different language. Go to pull off, my brother says, "Thanks Man." Nothing. We pull over to eat and our chicken was barely warm and hard and chewy. The Bo Bites were like deep fried rubber balls. And the 4 piece had a Bo Bite thrown in for the 4th tender, I'm pretty sure. And, our ranches were honey mustard. No, we didn't go back. They were clearly done with people tonight and we were done trying with them. If you don't want to deal with people, maybe not work fast food? Whatever their issues.... I hope their night got better. Most of our food went into the trash.
