  I’ve been eating here for over forty years. Always had good experiences.Today we took our grandchildren here for ice cream. I ordered the same thing I order almost every time I go. My chili cheese coney came out with just cheese on it. I was planning to just eat it and not say anything. When the car hop came by my wife told her. The young lady did exactly what I expected and said I can’t take it back inside, just keep it and she went inside to get what I ordered. The manger in a picture on another review I could see her waiving a receipt in the air and then comes outside and proceeds to lecture me about the importance of reading the sign to verify the order. My wife explained that it hadn’t been on the screen and the speaker was hard to understand because of traffic. The manager reached over our granddaughter and snatched the hotdog off the table and stomped back inside. The car hop came back with the corrected food. The car hop was great and the person who took my order was great, but we can go to the Rainsville Sonic in less time. This young woman needs some training in the field she works in. I don’t plan to go back. The family who owned this business was great and I hate they decided to sell it.
