  This is absolutely the best pizza Hut I have EVER, and I do mean EVER been to. Me and my wife have had quite a long day, and we got a case of brain fog, and had a minor misshap when we ordered. EVEN THOUGH, it was on us ( HUGE SHOUT OUT TO TAMMY ) these employees absolutely made 1000% sure we were more than happy with everything. If you want GREAT service and an extremely comfortable setting, this Pizza Hut is WITHOUT A DOUBT the place to go.

  I've got to say that this has been quite the experience! It is so hard nowadays to find service of this nature anymore! I will most definitely be coming back here to this specific location more! A huge thanks to Tammy for making it even more enjoyable for my husband and I! ❤️

  I have been at the Pizza Hut in Fort Payne, Alabama, and my experiences have been excellent. In particular, the manager, Tammy, has gone above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. She is the best, and this Pizza Hut location is highly recommended.

  My husband and I frequent this location at least a few times a month for dinner. We normally dine in and enjoy the delicious food and service offered to us. On Wednesday, April 29th at 9:20pm, we were denied service by the young lady working the counter. I asked if the dining room was no longer open until 10pm. She replied that it was, but they had sent their server home early to save on labor cost and she would be more than happy to prepare us a to go order. I understand that as a company the bottom line matters. I just wish it didn't matter more than the customers and their experience.
