- DKDavid Keeton5 days ago3.0The wings are great. The burgers just seem to be slapped together and they use the cheapest buns they can buy. The bun is always too small for the burger and the last couple times the lower half was about 4mm thick along with being too small in diameter. It makes a mess and that makes a difference to me. This location seems to have a staff retention problem, they are always short handed and the young staff just doesn't seem to have any get up and go them.

We waited over an hour for our food, we ordered 2 appetizers but never received them until after our food came and we asked about them. The table next to us arrived after us, got their food, ate, and left as we were getting our food. I order buffalo shrimp and fries and it came out cold, at this point I was too hungry to complain and ask for new so I just ate it. Will not be returning.

The dining area was just as bad: food left rotting on vacant tables with flies swarming around it. It’s a health hazard, not a restaurant. We were seated in the back and waited 15 minutes without a single server showing up. When I finally asked for help, the hostess came out just to take our drink order. Another 15 minutes of zero service, and we realized our money was way too good for this dump. We left. This has become the exact nightmare you expect at Jefferson’s. The Jefferson’s in Trenton and this location are trash—consistently the worst, with disgusting conditions and service that doesn’t exist. Don’t waste your time or money here. You’ll regret it.
