Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I was able to place my order fairly quickly, but it took approximately 25 minutes to actually receive my food and drinks. Everything was correct, but unfortunately the fries were extremely cold. Also, the person at the window was a bit rude when I asked them if my food was made without condiments and toppings. I understand that they're tired and busy, but it was a simple question and didn't necessitate any attitudes. These minor issues are the reasons that I deducted one star from the two categories. Overall, the food was very good and we would definitely eat at Whataburger again.

For a fast food restaurant it's the slowest service I've ever received. The food took 20 minutes to come out. My order was wrong and I didn't even want to send it back because it took so long the first round.. I received 4 hashbrown pieces with my meal. The chicken biscuit is a single chicken tender leaving tons of biscuit to eat without chicken, so disappointing. I would not recommend this location.
