Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
The drive through cashier rushed my order and was passive aggressive when I had asked for no tomatoes, then when she told me the total and it was three times what my order should've been, I asked her about it and she said I had ordered three meals. I had asked for a "Whataburger Whatameal", when I had clarified what my order was, she said "you didn't say that, but ok". Now, I know you're busy because it's the 4th of July, but I will not tolerate being told I'm a liar. When I decided to cancel my order, she started to insult me before cutting the mic. Again, I understand that it's busy, and I would've been very patient with all of it, but I will not be disrespected and called a liar.

We came to Whataburger in Foley a year ago and had a terrible experience. However, since my 81 year old mother loves it Whataburger so much we decided to give it another chance. This time, we came in and it was a great experience - Nevaeh was at the register working, welcoming us and checked on us and other diners- Great experience today!

I stopped by Whataburger recently and wanted to recognize one of your cashiers. She looked young, but she was incredibly polite, professional, and patient with everyone in line. Even during the lunch rush, she greeted customers with a smile, got orders entered quickly and accurately, and never seemed flustered.
It's easy to notice when an employee genuinely cares about providing good service, and she definitely stood out. I made a comment about her name was pronounced 'heaven' backwards and she live up to it by making my visit heavenly! I left thinking she deserves recognition for the great attitude and work ethic she brings to the team. Employees like her make customers want to come back.

We couldn’t even tell if y’all were open because all the lights were off. Then we got to the drive-thru and the menu wasn’t lit up, so we couldn’t even see what to order.
whoever was taking our order was mumbling, and the speaker sounded broken because we could barely understand anything she was saying.
It definitely wasn’t a great experience.

Placed a mobile order at 8:47 ,get there 10 after the latest time it’s supposed to be ready still not ready for another 20m. Get 5m down the road start passing food around both burgers are wrong have to turn around. Get back to whataburger and tell them the burgers are wrong they take them say they’ll fix them cool. 15m go by and i ask for an update because at this point we’re about an hour from when i initially placed my online pickup order and the cashier informs me he just reminded them and there being made 15m after i’ve already came back. a few minutes later he then comes back and says they do not have the stuff for one which would have been FANTASTIC if he would have said from the jump. but hey we got a free cookie for an hour of our time:)
