- DMDave Mark2 days ago3.0Ordered the Big B but I’m allergic to a couple of the ingredients, so I asked if I could substitute them. I was told there are no substitutions, but they’d be happy to remove those ingredients and add the two I wanted—for an upcharge. So it’s okay to delete toppings, but not substitute them? I’m pretty sure the person making the pizza wouldn’t care either way. It just feels like a policy designed to charge customers more, which was disappointing.

So glad I stopped by at the Brick Oven. I was welcomed with smiling crew who looks like to be happy to be here like me :) I got my pizza and ice tea , charged my phone and today I am back for my to go order :)
- MGMelissa GivensJul 17, 20262.0Placed an order online, wanted the Brick Oven pizza but wanted to add FRESH Mozzarella. When we picked up, the gray-bearded man who checked us out was super rude to my husband, complaining that we didn’t “add fresh mozzarella” at checkout online when we were adding customization, even though that’s not even listed as an option on the website (I did check before I put it in the notes). We were fine with the up charge (also in the note) and my husband was ready to pay the difference, but the man acted like it was a big inconvenience to have to add that. Poor customer service, and the pizza definitely doesn’t look like the Brick Oven pizza pictured on the website.
