- KBKarin BowersMay 6, 20261.0Went in to get 2 salads. Work right next door so we come here very often. I asked for more dressing which I said I would pay for. He said they “don’t have a button for that”. I said wow this is wild. You pay $20 for salads and can’t even get dressing. Then proceeded to give me the bowls with no bag. I asked for a bag and said this is wild because why can’t you get what you ask for especially if you’re willing to pay. $20 for salads and you can’t even get adequate dressing. The man came back and proceeded to get ugly with me saying he’s following company policy blah blah. This place I already had rude staff with their AirPods in their ear all the time hating life so I guess Firehouse from now on!!!!
- BNBaylor NolenApr 24, 20264.0Just your typical Subway, went in on a weekday afternoon and it had a small line. Had my food made well and in a timely manner. The subs were a little heavy on some sauce and light on others but what can you do. I will say there was a guy working the counter who had a lot of charisma and a great attitude, it's always nice to see and definitely helps the vibes of the place.

They always have airpods in and cant seem to hear but dont think to take their airpods out to actually listen to people. It seems everytime people come in they’re mad they’re even there trying to get food, just so unprofessional and bothersome when its the only place close to me.
