  The ordering screens dont work. Their food ALL tastes frozen. Not a very enticing place to go to. You have to wait for forever for someone to answer the ordering board.

  The drive thru sign is not lit up at night, so I could barely read it. I pulled around & parked so I could read the that sign. The touch screen didn’t work, but I was able to order by pressing the red button. When the employee delivered my food, she couldn't care less when I told her the touch screen wasn't working. I figured they'd want to know since you can't tip them without that feature. Then I got home & discovered my sandwich was clearly not as advertised. It was squooshed flat. The description says 3 pieces of bacon- the sandwich I received only had one. No mayonnaise as listed in the description. The single tomato slice was horrible, & the lettuce was wilted. All that being said, the onion rings were great, so thank you for that at least.

  Entertaining family from a northern state with no Sonic, they request slushes every visit. Our drive up ordering window did not work, went to a second one, nope. Went inside was told to use one of the two outside, they didn't work either. And one of the slushies was all crushed ice with a little liquid, probably a half a cup. Sad..

  We did an online order for slushies and out of 3 only 1 was correct. 1 medium strawberry correct. 1 Rte. 44 cranberry add real lemon and strawberry- wrong. Received a Rte 44 cranberry with 1 slice of lime. 1 Rte Blue Raspberry- wrong. Received Rte 44 Blue Raspberry with real strawberry added. For $5+ each you expect to receive what you pay for. Unfortunately we drove away before tasting the drinks. The lime was placed on the bottom of the slush so it wasn't visible anyway. It was an order ahead and it still took 10+ minutes to receive. Employee wasn't friendly at all when approaching the vehicle. The service and the drinks were subpar. I do not recommend.
