  Speaker broken for at least 3 weeks. Waiting time 15 minutes for chilli cheese fries with me first in line. Ridiculous

  Wanted me, someone who is heat sensitive as fast as out easily in heat, to come up to their door and wait outside in the heat and refused to come out and do their job and hand you the order from your car. Real smart moves here.

  Is it even possible to get service at this location? I literally pulled into a stall couldn’t get service and then at the drive-through window. They said that they weren’t helping anybody at the drive-through. I’m just wondering how people ever get service at this place it doesn’t even seem like they have workers and the couple workers that they have don’t seem like they wanna be there honestly pretty terrible spot. Don’t think I’m gonna be going back.

  Pull up to order and I’m told to come to the window when I’m ready to order. Get to the window and see a random teenager (dressed casually wearing flip flops) IN THE KITCHEN HOLDING A BABY!! Just leaning against the counter, chatting it up with the staff, INSIDE the kitchen! The staff look at me through the window, no one approaches to take my order, and I drive off because that place is a literal health code violation. Pick ANY of the other food places in Foley and avoid this hot mess entirely.

  One star is being generous. This place has gone downhill fast. Drive thru is pointless when they tell you to pull to the window to order, just to keep drive time/labor down, I could’ve pulled to a stall if I was going to have to sit and wait 10 min to order.. So much for fast food, you’ll be lucky to even receive the correct order. It’s obvious a new general manager is needed or a major upgrade to the establishment. I’m a firm believer in giving people grace and multiple chances but it’s a horrible experience every time I come back. Sonic do better! 😔
