  Our food was not delivered. I called the store (Pizza Hut). The lady who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. I called back and the same lady answered the phone and said hello oh sorry this is Pizza Hut in Foley and I asked to speak to the manager she said I guess you can speak to one, but you're going to wait. While I was speaking to the manager the lady who answered the phone was in the background being hateful and ugly about me and to the manager. The manager was very helpful and kind and took care of the situation.

  Ordered pizza. They said it would be done at 8:08. Its now 8:27 and I still haven't gotten it. Been waiting here since 8. Got the pizza about 30 minutes late. Taco pizza was supposed to have jalapeño added. And it wasnt. Edit: tried the buffet. Food wasnt bad but service is terrible. Had to wait 30 minutes because they were "running behind" and didnt even have the buffet set up yet. No refills on my drink. And employees literally sleeping in the dining room with people trying to sit and eat around him. Not the first time I've witnessed this same employee sleeping on the job. I was there for over an hour and he was sleeping the whole time, even though the other employees were struggling to get food out.

  Employee YOMAR is the dude to have take your order and make it! The guys knows what he’s doing and made the atmosphere comfortable and I was treated like family. 5 stars for sure, thanks yomar👍🏻👍🏻

  I ordered the ultimate hut box and was so excited to receive two veggie pizzas…. I open the boxes and there’s meat everywhere. I do not eat meat. I tried to call the store and was put on hold for almost 30 minutes before someone just hung up the phone instead of asking if I was still there. I was. :( So I called again a few times because they just refused to answer after that. I finally had enough money after working so hard for weeks to get something I’ve been craving and not only did I receive something I can’t make myself eat, I couldn’t even get compensation. I’m so sad. I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I love the food here, but I think people should know the service sucks so that it can hopefully change. I won’t order food from here again until the staff can actually make what was ordered or at least have some decency to refund what I paid for and did not receive.
