  You have workers there that need to understand that the customer is always right. Cody in particular. He was arguing about how he's going to fix the pizza and we're not going to do it that way in this way to a customer. Very unprofessional. Although I like Papa John's I'll go to Gulf shores from now on

  Ordered pizza online for pickup. When I picked up the pizza, I asked if they had Pepper and Cheese packets for the pizza. I was informed, that yes they did, but for future reference we charge for these items. Please add them to your order. The pizza was good but, come on it’s cheese and pepper. I just paid $21 for a pizza.

  In from out of town for a soccer tournament 3/20/26. Ordered two pizzas for pick up. No issues. Thought they were quick. Thought prices were a bit high for what we got but it is what it is.
